Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all tours, hotel reservations and travel services arranged by RinForced INT.. Please read them carefully before confirming a booking.

1. Booking requests

Submitting a booking or inquiry form does not create a confirmed reservation. Your booking is confirmed only once we have sent written confirmation and received the required deposit.

2. Prices & payment

Prices are shown per person unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability. A deposit of 25% confirms your booking; the balance is due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment.

3. Changes & cancellations

• More than 45 days before departure: deposit refunded minus bank charges.
• 45–15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost is charged.
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total cost is charged.

Date changes are free up to 45 days before travel, subject to supplier availability.

4. Itinerary changes

We may need to adjust itineraries due to weather, flight schedules, safety or local conditions. We will always offer a comparable alternative.

5. Travel documents & insurance

Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas and health requirements. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory; trekking itineraries require cover for high-altitude activities and emergency evacuation.

6. Liability

We act as an agent for hotels, airlines and local operators and are not liable for their acts or omissions, but we will always assist you in resolving any issue.
